Forrest Island is a nice chilled out place to explore. Just take a ride on Horse back or take to the air with the Eagle tour. See the Volcano and just enjoy the peace of the Forrest or Beach area. Nice little place to waste half an hour or to chill out. If you do the tour via Horse or Eagle then go into Mouselock for the best view.
