Just how much of a Lush have you got to be......?

The Things you see!! Well, with it being so glorious weather wise this weekend I was forced down the pub for a few soda’s. Of Course after a few the gents were needed and I came across this condom machine in there. OMG~Just how much of a lush do you have to be to buy these. Beakys Bloomin'!

It’s been a Beautiful weekend and I managed to get out in my Garden and do a few chores. I was amazed at just how much stuff has bloomed within the last few weeks. So, here are a few Pictures I’ve taken with my camera phone. Just do not ask me what is the name of some of these plants though.

Movies i Love.......

Some of my favourite Movies. Not really in any order but stuff I would watch over and over again to be honest. A lot from my childhood with others thrown in along the way. I was talking to Tamsin Tirax today and was telling her that the only kinda movie I cannot be doing with are RomComs or Period age drama’s…your Jane Austins and such. I know..the boy has no class…big Neanderthal! Whats your favourite movies…..?

Rain, Rain Go away.....

Well, what a difference a week makes. From last weeks burnt shoulders and truckers red arm from a mini heat wave, this week finds normal service resumed. Low temperatures and heavy rain with thunder thrown in along the way too. Awesome…can you see my smile…NOT?? From living in shorts the past 2 weeks it’s now back on with the trousers and jeans and I even got the big coat out today. Grr! The forecast is for the UK to have a glorious summer…but I don’t trust those weather predictors. I think I’d sooner stick my bare bum out the window and see which way the wind is blowing. On that lovely note, enjoy your lunch!! ;-))

Oldest Swinger in Town!

After a bit of leg pulling down at Midnight Reflections by a certain person who shall remain nameless (BEKA!!!!!), about my skin on Beacons, I decided to “upgrade” my skin and Avi. The Picture was taken by Molly….with Pishy in shot too. I am now thinking of adopting this look for RL too. I just need some sock suspenders now….BOM-CHICA-WAH-WAH!

Angels and Demons.

Went to the flicks on Friday night to see Tom Hanks latest movie and the second of Dan Browns Robert Langdon books (the first being the Da Vinci code). I had read Angels and Demons a few years back whilst sprawled out on a sun lounger in Cyprus. Just could not put it down and so was interested to see how the film transferred to celluloid. I was a little disappointed with the Da Vinci Code when that came out but with A&D I really enjoyed it. Shows of Rome’s Sites beautifully (A must SEE City if ever you get the chance) and after a slow start the movie does crank it up. Tom Hanks is a safe pair of hands in any movie and he is good has the professor of Symbology sent for by the Vatican in what could be their darkest hour. OVERVIEW~ The Roman Catholic Church mourns the death of the Pope in Rome. Until the College of Cardinals selects a new Pope, Camerlengo Patrick McKenna (Ewan McGregor) assumes day-to-day control of Vatican City. Reporters, nuns, priests, and other faithful all crowd into Saint Peter's Square, waiting for the white smoke from the conclave.

The Vatican summons Professor Robert Langdon (Tom Hanks) and Vittoria Vetra (Ayelet Zurer) from CERN to help them solve the Illuminati's threat, save the four preferiti, and find the hidden bomb(anti-matter). Langdon listens to the Illuminati message and deduces that the four cardinals will die at the four altars of the Path of Illumination.

Summer is here!

Phew! What a lovely Sunny weekend we’ve just had! At last after the dreariness of dull and grey skies we have at last managed to get the temperature up in to the low 70’s. I’ve even been to my first BBQ of the summer on Sunday. Is there anything better than supping from a cold bottle of beer with the smell of nuked meat on a grill. Just ask me if I’m chilled out right now…go on…..go on!
